Last night on the Biggest Loser the game playing started. The Yellow Team took a risk to win $10,000 and it back fired on them. They were lucky enough to be saved by others choosing to eliminate the gray team. The biggest part of the game was the orange team not following through on promise to pay back the gray team for protecting them from elimination in week one. They decided to go against their word and vote off the gray team … will this come back to haunt them in future weeks? They formed an alliance with the rest of the “couples” to vote the gray team off but will those they sided with this week vote them off in future because they don’t think the Orange Team’s word is worth anything …. hmmmm.

Yesterday I posted that I am a Fan of the show The Biggest Loser. I want to qualify that I don’t promote fast weight loss. The participants of the Biggest Loser show are under medical supervision and are spending the majority of their days exercising. I am a fan of the internal transformation more then anything. As people conquer their biggest obstacles and push beyond a self imposed limitation there is an energy and a sparkle that comes out in the personality and appearance. Tomorrow night, September 16th is the start of another season of The Biggest Loser.

I’m excited to see another season of transformations. I became hooked on this show when I experienced the transformations that the participants went through. These aren’t just physical transformations but mental also. What better reality show then seeing real people who have decided to bare all in front of America so they can live a long and healthy life for their families. Sure the initial incentive may be the money, but ask anyone of the challengers after reaching their goal and the biggest prize is their regained health and energy.

During the last season of Biggest Loser I was able to shed 20lbs of unwanted weight while I watched Ally and the others make their transformations.
